It facilitates meaningful connections and discussions across English, Hindi, Tamil and Kannada-speaking groups. In less than a year since its launch in March 2023, the Bengaluru-based startup has grown to become a trusted platform, offering 360-degree care for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

MIROR’s commitment to supporting women has also extended into crucial sectors like law enforcement, with awareness programs reaching women in all 11 police divisions of Bengaluru.

Earlier, the company also partnered with the National Health Mission (NHM) for expanding its reach, raising awareness about menopause in rural areas, and ensuring that more women receive the care and support they need during this transitional phase of life.

Highlighting the importance of its NHM collaboration, MIROR has trained local mentors, who have conducted awareness campaigns for over 4,000 Asha workers, crucial agents of change in rural India. Through these campaigns, Asha workers have been equipped with essential knowledge to spread awareness about menopause and ensure that women in rural areas understand and manage this life stage effectively.

Sanjith Shetty, CEO and Founder, MIROR, said, “Our recent partnership with NHM and our work with organizations like the Indian Menopause Society reflect our mission to reach more women and provide them with the care, knowledge, and community they deserve.”

“It is heartening to see the impact we have made, from our 1,500+ strong WhatsApp community to the 4,000 Asha workers we have trained. We are committed to continuing this journey and ensuring every woman can confidently navigate this crucial phase of life,” says Shetty.

The Indian menopause treatment industry is set for remarkable growth. Valued at USD 72.7 million in 2023, the industry is expected to grow at a CAGR of 6.6% through 2034, reaching USD 147.3 million by 2034. This growth is driven by increasing consumer awareness, supportive policies, and initiatives from government bodies like NHM, which help create a more inclusive healthcare ecosystem for women.

MIROR’s collaborations with NHM and the Indian Menopause Society (IMS) have strengthened its position as a leader in women’s health. These partnerships align with MIROR’s mission to provide resources, education, and healthcare access to women across the country, particularly in underserved regions. The company is also focusing on new product launches under its health supplement line, with the popular ‘Miror Revive’ gaining repeat orders within two months of its launch.

With strong governmental and community collaborations, and its robust technology platform, MIROR is set to redefine menopause care in India. The company envisions expanding its services and impact, with a goal of reaching a valuation of over USD 1 billion in the near future.
