New Delhi, September 15, 2025: The latest consumer survey by Counterpoint Research on after-sales service reveals that Xiaomi ranks among the top and leads in service speed, with 52% of customer issues being fixed within just four hours, reflecting the brand’s ability to deliver efficient service from the outset. In India, where factors like repeat visits, repair costs, and resolution time significantly impact satisfaction, Xiaomi has turned a common pain point into a strength, emerging as a leader in after-sales experience across key parameters.
Not just speed – while many consumers still feel repair costs are somewhat high to very high, Xiaomi stood out with 37% of repairs costing less than INR 1,000, making it one of the most cost-efficient service providers. Xiaomi’s service model stands out by addressing pain points head-on, offering transparent pricing and faster resolutions.
Further, when it comes to accessibility, Xiaomi also emerged as the most accessible Android brand, with 89% of customers satisfied with the availability of its service centers.
All of this reinforces Xiaomi’s commitment to building a trusted, transparent, and user-first ecosystem — one where innovation is not just for some, but truly for everyone, while setting new standards in accessibility, affordability, and customer support.
Mr. Sudhin Mathur, Chief Operating Officer, Xiaomi India, said, “Xiaomi’s strength lies not just in building great products, but in creating a truly connected ecosystem – one that feels complete only when users are genuinely satisfied. After-sales is no longer just about fixing problems – it’s about delivering a fulfilling and enriched ownership experience. We are honoured to be a trusted partner in this journey and deeply thankful to our community for choosing us, as we stay committed towards consistently improving the experience.”
The survey, based on feedback from over 2,000 users across 28 cities, highlighted common challenges for users in the industry, including long wait times, repeat visits, and unclear pricing – all of which hurt customer satisfaction. Amid these challenges, Xiaomi’s customer-first approach stands out, consistently redefining expectations in after-sales service.
