The implementation included integrations with SAP Concur and SAP Ariba, along with the deployment of robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline reporting and reduce manual workloads.
The results have been significant. Mindsprint has accelerated its month-end financial reporting processes by 30 to 50 percent, enabled 100 percent system-based revenue recognition, and established end-to-end visibility into staffing, utilization, and project profitability. With an integrated system and a single source of truth, leaders across the business are empowered to act faster and with greater confidence.
