The event featured an impressive line-up of international speakers, including Ben Wilde, Rick Mecum, Andy Wind, alongside leading Indian fitness educator Sucheta Pal, Founder of Mom.Bod.Strong, Samit Gupta, Founder and CEO of Neulife Nutrition and Pranav Midha, Founder and CEO of Miduty, each bringing unique perspectives on coaching excellence, member engagement, recovery science, nutrition, and business growth.
Adding star power to the gathering was Bollywood actor cum Celebrity fitness trainer, Mustafa Ahmed, whose session drew strong interest from attendees. Speaking about discipline, longevity, and the role of fitness in maintaining peak performance, Mustafa shared personal experiences from his own journey and highlighted how consistent movement, recovery, and lifestyle choices shape long-term wellbeing.
Across the day, attendees participated in more than ten high-impact sessions spanning three key pillars shaping modern fitness: Training, Nutrition, and Recovery. From science-backed coaching frameworks and performance nutrition strategies to recovery modalities designed to improve longevity and sustained performance, the sessions blended global expertise with practical takeaways.
One of the strongest themes emerging from FITCRAFT 3.0 was the growing evolution of the fitness professional. Nowadays, coaches are increasingly expected to understand behavior, recovery, nutrition, and member psychology alongside exercise programming. Several sessions focused on helping professionals develop these broader capabilities while delivering stronger member outcomes.
Speaking during the conclave, Vikas Jain, Managing Director, Anytime Fitness India, said,
"The quality of coaching has a direct impact on the quality of fitness experiences people receive. Platforms like FITCRAFT create opportunities for professionals to learn from global experts, exchange ideas, and raise industry standards collectively. Seeing more than a thousand professionals investing their time in learning and growth is encouraging for the entire fitness ecosystem."
The widely renowned actor & gym trainer Mustafa Ahmed said,
"People often associate fitness with appearance, but for me it has always been about mindset. The gym teaches resilience. It teaches you how to show up on difficult days. Those lessons stay with you long after the workout ends. Seeing these fitness professionals gathered here today gives me confidence that India's fitness industry is moving in a strong direction, where knowledge, responsibility, and community are becoming just as important as physical transformation.”
As conversations continued across session halls, networking lounges, and learning zones, FITCRAFT 3.0 strengthened its position as one of India's leading fitness education platforms. More than an annual gathering, it has grown into a space where industry leaders, emerging professionals, and global experts contribute to a shared goal: building a stronger as well as more informed, and more capable fitness community. With participation reaching a new high this year, FITCRAFT 3.0 added another chapter to its journey of advancing education, professional development, and excellence across India's rapidly expanding fitness landscape.
