Genesys Maps a New Frontier: First in India to Fuse 2D, 3D & DIGIPIN under DHRUVA Framework for DPI-Ready address infrastructure

Mumbai | 21 July 2025 – Genesys International Corporation Ltd., India’s leading geospatial technology firm, has integrated DIGIPIN, India’s standardized digital address layer, into its nationwide 2D and 3D mapping systems, reinforcing its leadership in building the country’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) for verified, geocoded addresses.

Spanning more than 400 million building footprints, 8.3 million km of road networks, and 19,000+ PIN-code zones, the Genesys platform transforms static location data into a dynamic, interoperable address ecosystem. Developed in alignment with the Department of Posts’ DHRUVA (Digital Hub for Reference & Unique Virtual Address) framework, the platform supports real-time address generation, lookup, and visual verification.

“We’re building a bridge between mapped locations and real-world service delivery.” said Sajid Malik, Chairman, Genesys. “Our platform ensures that every verified address can support smarter cities, faster logistics, and more transparent governance.”

With DIGIPIN now live on its national 2D maps and 3D Digital Twin pilots underway in key cities, Genesys is enabling the address intelligence layer of India’s Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI), complementing Aadhaar for identity and UPI for payments.

Genesys goes beyond basic mapping by embedding DIGIPIN into its 3D Digital Twins. The immersive spatial models of cities link address data to infrastructure, planning systems, and emergency response. This approach transforms address data into actionable, spatial intelligence, enabling deeper insights than conventional 2D mapping systems can provide.

At the heart of this architecture is Genesys’ AI-driven 3D Digital Twin platform, which acts as a unifying layer connecting stakeholders to real-world verified address data. Built for interoperability at scale, the Genesys platform ensures seamless, secure and role-based access across governance entities of Address Information Providers (AIPs), Agents (AIAs), and Users (AIUs). It offers a unified interface for geo-coded addressing, enabling address creation, validation, and use across diverse systems. This framework supports critical use cases under the DIGIPIN/DHRUVA ecosystem.

It includes digital address creation and management, consent-based data sharing, cross platform integration, address-based service discovery, and legacy address integration, bringing together policy, infrastructure, and user-centric technology in one ecosystem. The platform also includes powerful visual validation tools, geofencing capabilities, and suffix based digital address IDs (e.g., storename@digipin) that make addresses easier to use, verify and integrate across government systems and consumer platforms.

Genesys works with ministries, Smart Cities, ULBs, and digital service providers to collaborate in scaling India’s verified address infrastructure, bridging every location to opportunity and inclusion.
