New Delhi, Jan 02: Mr. Santanu Mishra, Co-Founder and Executive Trustee of Smile Foundation, was honoured at BW Disrupt Social Impact 2025 for the organisation’s sustained and impactful work across education, healthcare, livelihood, nutrition, and women empowerment. The recognition highlights Smile Foundation’s belief that while technology enables scale and efficiency, meaningful social change must remain firmly rooted in human intent, ethical leadership, and community engagement.
BW Disrupt Social Impact 2025 brought together social entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, CSR professionals, policymakers, technologists, and impact investors to examine how emerging technologies can strengthen transparency, improve decision-making, and extend services to underserved communities—without compromising dignity, inclusion, and participation.
The recognition followed a rigorous multi-stage evaluation process assessing measurable outcomes, governance standards, scalability, and responsible use of technology as a force multiplier for inclusive development.
Reflecting on the honour, Mr. Santanu Mishra said,
