26 October 2026: CMS INDUSLAW advised Eurazeo, a shareholder in InsuranceDekho, on its merger with RenewBuy, creating India’s largest AI-enabled insurance distribution platform by POSP-driven premium for FY2026.
This is a significant consolidation in India’s insurance distribution and insurtech landscape.
The combined platform has a premium book exceeding ₹6,600 crore, a network of over 600,000 digital partners and coverage across 98.57% of India’s pin codes. It combines InsuranceDekho’s strong presence across northern and western India with RenewBuy’s established footprint in southern India, alongside an AI-first technology stack and access to over 750 insurance products across 52 insurers.
