Pune, 05th June 2024: Pune City-based, Manipal Hospital Kharadi has been awarded the ‘Centre of Excellence’ during the Young HSICON conference held in New Delhi by the Hernia Society of India. It is the first hospital in Maharashtra so far to have received this prestigious award.
For the award, the hospital was selected by HSI based on quality, clinical care, and patient satisfaction. To qualify for the award, Hospital, had to fulfill all the stringent guidelines set forth by the Hernia Society of India. After the hospital applied to the HSI, the Executive Committee inspected the facility infrastructure, assessing important factors such as the cleanliness, the staff’s Management, the setup of the Ots, and Patient records.
Speaking about the recognition Dr. Sudhir Jadhav, Consultant in Bariatric and Minimally Invasive Surgery, at Manipal Hospital, Kharadi, said, “The HSI’s ‘Centre of Excellence’ award is our commitment to hard work, consistency, and following strict protocols, which ensures that we always provide the best care possible to our patients.
